Allow me to introduce myself
Through my own family circumstances and the loss of my parents in childhood, I recognised early on how important emotional support can be. This experience became the foundation of my calling as a psychotherapist.
Children & Adolescents
From 2015 to 2022 I worked with the association "Rettet das Kind NÖ" in outreach family support — family remains a central area of expertise in my practice to this day. It is important to me that the perspectives of children and young people are heard rather than lost in everyday family life.
LGBTQIA+ & Chemsex
Alongside several years of work with the "Buddy Verein", I bring specialist knowledge on the topic of chemsex — since 2018 I have been part of a working group organised by AIDS Hilfe Wien. Since 2022 I have offered group sessions in both German and English.
Psycho-Oncology
I support those who have been or are currently affected by cancer, as well as their loved ones. A cancer diagnosis is never just about one person — it affects the entire system. Together, fears can be eased and new strategies found.
Co-Parenting
Co-parenting is a topic that concerns me both personally and professionally through my own life situation. For several years I have worked closely with organisations in Germany and Austria in this area. I also offer co-parenting groups — both online and in person.
I never take for granted the trust you place in my work, your belief in the possibility of change, or the courage it takes to confront difficult things.
As your therapist, I see myself as a companion and feel deep gratitude for all the experiences this wonderful work allows me to share. I greatly value your decision to pursue psychotherapy and look forward to getting to know you.
