We are going to discuss how I i am going to be able to support you reaching your goals and how we can be working on this together. It’s important to have a certain timeframe in sight, so possible miss leading and confusion can be avoided. It’s important to say, that change depends on the client and surroundings, but therapy can be an essential supporter within the process. Therapy isn’t always comfortable. In fact it can be very painful and devastating to a certain degree. Many clients notice, that it’s actually much harder to change than they may have thought at the beginning. I will try my very best to support you and help you walk side by side along the way. It’s important to mention that I am going to do a check up with you from time to time, to see if the setting, direction and atmosphere is still on track for the both of us. Feeling safe and sound is one of the key figures of successful therapy.
Practice for individual, couple and family therapy
During the first couple of sessions, I am going to do a broad anamnesis with you. I am going to ask you several questions about your personality, development, your heritage and familybackground as well as your current symptoms. I will need these relevant informations to get to know you better and plan our therapy sessions ahead. We will also discuss your therapy goals, wanted changes as well as your expectations.
